簡介

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats related to financial services.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, loan or credit card applications, payment processing, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
  • Verify client identity and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or appropriate departments when needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Document and update customer records in the system accurately.

職位要求

  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role (financial account experience is an advantage).
  • At least 1st yr completed in college
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of basic financial processes such as billing, payments, credit, or banking is preferred.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
