Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer calls and inquiries effectively
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a call center environment
