簡介
- Respond to Patient Queries in a Timely and Accurate way via Phone, Email or Chat
- Identify Patients needs and Help Customers list specific features
- Monitor Patient complaints on Social Media and reach out to Provide
- Book Appointment
- Follow up with Patient Schedule
- Assist HMO Patients in Approval and Booking
- Hybrid work setup (No internet allowance)
職位要求
- Graduate of any 4-years course
- Preferably at Calamba or near the area
- Preferably with similar work experience
- Can work shifting schedule
