We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses. Provide information about products and services. Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.

Location: Cebu City, IT Park and Lapu Lapu City, Mactan Newtown

Employment: Full-time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or call center is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
