  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Assist in upselling products and services during customer interactions.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills in English.
