Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Cebu (Banawa & IT Park)

• Helps customers by answering questions, solving problems, and giving information about products or services.
• Talks to customers by phone, email, or in person to make sure they are satisfied and their needs are met.

• At least Senior High School Graduate
• With or without experience and have Good Communication Skills
• At least 3 months BPO experience and have Good Communication Skills
• Have 6 months and up BPO experience
