簡介

  • Answering online chats promptly and providing helpful accurate information to clients
  • Demonstrate a high level of empathy during interactions with the caller.
  • Making outgoing online chat to clients to provide further information or to follow up on information previously given if needed
  • Keeping the database up to date.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Providing good customer service to clients by always demonstrating positive behavior.
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Work as a team with other colleagues to carry out work smoothly.
  • To understand the need for and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

職位要求

  • High School or College Graduate
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalog. Cebuano is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good typing speed
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and self-organizing
  • Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, and related tools
  • Background in Online Gaming is an advantage
  • Willing to report onsite - Cebu Office.
