Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate
• Open to Freshers – No prior experience required
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Amenable to onsite work in Bacolod

Key Responsibilities – Repair Associate (BPO)

• Diagnose and assess device or equipment issues reported by customers.
• Guide customers through basic troubleshooting and repair steps.
• Coordinate repair or replacement services as needed.
• Document all cases accurately in the system.
• Follow technical procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
• Work closely with technical teams for escalations and complex repairs.
