We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support across various communication channels. If you enjoy solving problems and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, escalating when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide product/service information and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Follow communication guidelines and policies
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction


職位要求

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high call volumes
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
