• Health Care Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
• They assist with inquiries, provide information about services and policies, and resolve any emerging problems that patients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Graduate (old curriculum) | SHS Graduate (new curriculum) | College Undergraduate | College Graduate
• At least 6 months BPO experience under voice international account (any account)
• Healthcare accounts are a plus, but not required
• Age limit: 50 yrs old
• Residing within Metro Manila
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work graveyard and shifting schedule
