DAYSHIFT | Fulltime | Makati (Hybrid Setup)

  • Open to candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

You will be joining a fast-growing online division, who will be responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers, as well as managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

What Youll Be Working On

  • Liaise with customers for post-sales enquiries, including delivery updates and taking product and service feedback.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers for any warranty claims of products.
  • Administrative and support services.
  • Liaise with the warehouse regarding shipment of goods and any inventory issues.
  • Maintain a strong and positive relationship with all customers, and ensure swift fulfillment of all customer needs.
  • Providing assistance to senior project managers for the preparation, compilation and presentation of larger commercial fit-out projects


What Were Looking For

  • Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role
  • Posses strong enthusiasm for learning and personal growth..
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and managing time effectively.


Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift

Iloilo Office: Onsite- 2nd Floor Iloilo Gateway Hotel & Suites, Brgy. Mali-ao, Pavia, Iloilo City, Philippines

Manila Office: Hybrid - 2nd Floor, Vicente Madrigal Bldg. Ayala Ave. Makati City, Philippines
