職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service abilities, technical skills for troubleshooting, and excellent people skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage calls efficiently, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, potentially high-pressure call center environment.
