職位描述

  • Conducts outbound calls to clients with inactivated product purchases in an accurate, professional, timely and polite manner using the prescribed call out guide and scripts of Client Care and Fintech.
  • Facilitates the provision of necessary details and assistance to clients to activate their coverage i.e. batch file download and upload via partner portal, and generation and sending of activation links to old and/or new client mails.
  • Provide guidance in updating client record and refers request/s beyond scope to Group Administration team.
  • Inquire and record the reason/s of clients in keeping their coverage inactivated.
  • Coordinates with internal teams for any issue or assistance that is necessary to help clients activate their coverage i.e. report to IT the technical issues encountered / being encountered by clients in activating their coverage; endorse to Group Admin any request on account / policy change, etc
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
  • With at least 6 months experience in any customer service.
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, dayshift 8 AM - 5 PM.
