✨ What You’ll Do:
? Assist customers via chat, email, and voice support
? Resolve escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills
? Collaborate with teammates to enhance customer support processes
? Provide world-class customer service and build lasting relationships
? What We’re Looking For:
✅ Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
✅ Ability to work in shifting schedules, including holidays & weekends
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Tech-savvy with a proactive, customer-first mindset
✅ Prior customer service experience is a plus
? Setup: Initial 2-week onsite training in Ortigas, then hybrid.
