簡介

As a Customer Center Representative for a Travel GDS Account, you will provide excellent service and support to customers from the travel and tourism industry. Your role includes:

  • Assisting customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Navigating and utilizing a GDS system to manage airline, hotel, and travel service reservations
  • Providing accurate information on travel policies, fees, and procedures
  • Troubleshooting booking issues and offering solutions
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and courteous support
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics including quality, accuracy, and productivity

職位要求

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Graduate
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Salary Package:

  • Sign-on Bonus: PHP 20,000
  • Night Differential: 10%
  • HMO Coverage: Day 1 coverage for employee + 2 dependents (Free)
