• Resolve customer issues digitally with professionalism and empathy

• Provide accurate troubleshooting and support across multiple channels

• De-escalate customer concerns while ensuring high satisfaction and retention

• Manage multiple requests and tasks while prioritizing effectively

• Collaborate with the team and work independently when needed

職位要求

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)

• At least 2.5 years of international contact center/customer service experience (hyper care support a plus)

• Prior digital/call center experience preferred

• Strong communication (written, oral, listening, comprehension)

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (reading, writing, speaking)

• Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills (Excel, MS Office)

• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong decision-making skills

• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused
