  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance goals and service level agreements


Requirements

  • Must be a High School Graduate (college level/graduate an advantage)
  • With at least 1 year BPO experience (voice account preferred)
  • Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
