  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed
  3. Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution


What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide exceptional support
  3. Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment; Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
  5. Able to work on shift rotational including weekend and public holiday
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
