簡介

The Customer Care Associate serves as the primary point of contact for buyers from post-booking to loan takeout, ensuring a smooth financing process and timely loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide buyers through their loan journey by coordinating with financing partners and ensuring timely loan takeouts based on set milestones.

  • Serve as the main liaison between buyers and financing institutions, ensuring seamless communication and assistance.

  • Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information regarding their account status and loan processing requirements.

  • Monitor and update the status of assigned accounts, ensuring timely progress.

  • Track and facilitate the loan takeout process, proactively addressing any concerns or delays.

  • Assist the team in coordinating and resolving client-related issues to improve overall efficiency.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the department’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.

  • At least one year of relevant experience in loan processing and/or customer service is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.

  • Adaptable, resourceful, and professional, with a positive attitude and a commitment to service excellence.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, open to feedback, trustworthy, and a team player.

  • Willing to work onsite at Lancaster New City.
