- Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, and social media

- Identify and assess customer’s need to achieve satisfaction

- Work in close liaison with after sales service & technical staff regarding customer concerns

- Any Bachelor’s Degree

- With 1 to 2 years of experience in CSR

- With a pleasant personality

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Interested for reliever position (6 months)
