We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Customer Relation Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for designing and executing user retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value, improve user engagement, and increase ARPU (Average Revenue Per User). You will work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Data, and Marketing teams to create a seamless, value-driven customer lifecycle.
Develop and implement effective user retention strategies across key customer segments and lifecycle stages.
Analyze user behavior, churn patterns, and engagement data to identify opportunities to increase retention and ARPU.
Design and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, etc.) to improve user stickiness and monetization.
Optimize onboarding, engagement, and reactivation flows.
Work closely with Product and CRM teams to personalize user journeys and improve customer experience.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously iterate on strategies based on performance metrics.
Monitor key KPIs such as retention rate, churn rate, ARPU, CLTV, session frequency, etc.
Report performance results regularly and provide insights to guide product/marketing decisions.

3+ years of experience in user retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in digital products, gaming, e-commerce, or subscription-based industries.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
