Job Hiring: CREDIT AND COLLECTION CLERK

Area of Assignment: Las Piñas City

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Monitors all original sales invoices (delivered) from Shipping Department to make sure all issued invoices from Billing Section are accounted for

2. Endorses the invoices to Salesmen or branches for collection

1. College graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business or Office Management)
2. Must have experience in procurement and purchasing. Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in invoice monitoring
3. Assertive, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and with clear articulation
4. Proficiency in procurement software (i.e. MS Office, WPS, Google Sheets, ERP, SAP) is an advantage
5. Willing to be render overtime
6. Knows how to drive and with valid Driver’s License Restriction 1,2 or A,B
