  • Manage and oversee credit applications and assessments.
  • Monitor customer accounts for timely payments.
  • Conduct collection efforts on overdue accounts.
  • Resolve customer disputes and inquiries related to credit.
  • Prepare reports on credit and collection activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in credit and collections.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Risk Management, Credit Risk Control, and MS Excel.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Evaluate credit risks, conduct investigations, manage collections, and drive payment initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential field visits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.

  • Salary Offer: 23k to 25k / month
