  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Contact clients regarding overdue invoices and negotiate payment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and account statuses.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection activities and outstanding debts.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in credit and collections.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in accounting software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts receivable, follow up with clients on payments, prepare reports.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during month-end close.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong sense of integrity and teamwork.
