Major Responsibilities

• Trouble shoot minor Ensures vehicle is always in good running condition, vehicle checking
• Ensures to deliver and pick up items accurately, on time, and in good condition.
• Coordinates with Cluster Head unlocated and missing cargos, incomplete data on air waybill, missing air waybill
• Ensures that all AWBs for delivery are scanned
• Checks all cargos for dispatch based on Delivery Trip Report printed by dispatcher. Ensures that DTR are tallies AWB and actual cargos
• Load and unload cargos
• Escalates to Cluster Heads any issues, problems, concerns encountered while in transit
• Issues AWB to shipper and ensures AWB is correctly and diligently filled out
• Ensures AWBs are duly signed by recipient / consignee
• Checks and validates if item pick up is a valued cargo and ensure declared value noted in AWB is correct
• Collects payments from shipper for prepaid transactions, and payment from consignee for freight collect transaction
• Accurately computes amount to charge to shipper
• Remits money collected from shipper to finance and relay customers request like official receipt etc.
• Receives bookings from clients and targets to service all bookings the same day
• Reports to Cluster Head, Admin Associate if there are new bookings that can no longer be serviced.

Minor Responsibilities

• Pick and prepares items for delivery
• Help to market new customers, revive lost customers and maintain existing customers.
• Gives flyers to any potential customers
• Assist delivery within the assigned area
• Record the delivery receipt of some client to be submitted to commercial team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid professional motorcycle license
• Strong sense of direction and navigation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages
• Good communication and customer service skills
