簡介

The Training and Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating training sessions for B2B travelpreneurs. This role ensures that all training programs run smoothly, from scheduling to execution, while also handling additional operational tasks such as API integration follow-ups, chat support, and coordinating with ICOPE for training initiatives. 


Key Responsibilities:

Training Management:

  • Develop and plot the monthly training schedule.
  • Facilitate online and in-person training sessions.
  • Plan and organize two face-to-face (F2F) training sessions: o Generalized training for B2B partners. o Exclusive training for VIP clients. Operations and Support:
  • Follow up on API integration for payment gateways to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Provide chat support to assist clients and partners with inquiries.
  • Coordinate with ICOPE to align training programs and schedules.
  • Assist in other administrative or operational tasks as needed. 

職位要求

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in training facilitation or event coordination.
  • Good communication and customer support skills.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and payment gateway processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
