Job Description:

• Responsible for handling all kinds of litigation cases, emergencies, etc. that occur in the company
• Drafting, reviewing and filing management of contracts and other legal documents in English
• Responsible for the selection, contact and management of outside lawyers for the company
• Providing daily legal and compliance advice on the operation of the company's business
• Management of the daily affairs of the company's shareholders' meetings, board of directors, etc.
• Handle other works designated by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• English as a working language
• Graduated from law school with a Bachelor of Laws degree or higher
• At least three years experience working as an in-house legal or law firm
• Independent handling of general and simple litigation cases
• Skilled in drafting and reviewing contracts in English
• Capable of accepting short-term business trips
