About the role

We’re a Web3/blockchain exchange looking for a CIS Content Ops Specialist to keep our channels active and on point. Simple: plan, localize, publish.

What you’ll do

• Localize and edit EN/CN RU content so it feels native.
• Publish daily posts with clean formatting, links, and disclaimers.
• Coordinate with community/BD/KOLs for cross-posts and AMAs.
• Track basic results (impressions, engagement, clicks) and share quick wins.

What you need

• Russian: native/near-native. English, Chinese: strong writing/reading/speaking.
• 1+ year in content operations or localization.
• Solid Web3 basics (listings, airdrops, perps, staking, etc.).
• Comfortable with Telegram/VK/X tools and quick turnarounds.
• Organized, reliable, and good at remote teamwork.

Nice to have

• Chinese reading/writing for internal collab.
