Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end product delivery by leveraging on configuration service capabilities to achieve time to market objective.

• Ensure that the design, deployment and overall performance of all IT system and service configuration items are effective and adhere to IT standards and best practices.

• Assess simple-medium, standard products and service request demands ensuring all requirements and required documents are complete and correct for implementation.

• Prepare, configure and endorses all received requests to all implementing IT teams, 3rd party vendors/ Managed Services and monitors implementation within the agreed SLA.

• Work closely with Network, IT & Managed Service Operations in investigation of all configuration related concerns, issue resolution, improve service delivery timelines and compliance monitoring.

• Work closely with the Business Partnering team to understand the demands, help with prioritization and scheduling, and drive the engagement with the vendor.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any IT related course.

• At least 3 years' experience as a Configuration Analyst.

• Can start immediately.
