- Determine the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Properly onboard and offboard third-party business permit processing providers
- Monitor the performance of third-party business permit processing providers
- Track and monitor the progress and status of ongoing government permits being processed
- Manage the processes of the Expansion team when dealing with lessors, sub-lessors, and partners with respect to permit providers
- Plan and manage new projects and initiatives to increase efficiency in securing permits, aligning with partners, and monitoring provider performance
- Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners and providers
Requirements
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Applied Corporate Management, or equivalent
- At least 4 years of work experience in project management, permit processing, and/or business development
- A great track record of successful project management is required
- High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Outstanding critical thinking, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
- Willing to travel
