Join our team — a trusted leader in pumps, motors, controls, and tanks across the Philippines. We are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Collector to ensure timely, accurate, and professional collection of payments from our valued clients while supporting smooth financial operations.

 Responsible for field collection of client payments, ensuring accuracy of payment details, issuing proper receipts, and securing necessary tax documentation. Plays a key role in maintaining positive client relationships, complying with collection itineraries, and supporting the Finance and Accounting Department.

What You’ll Do

• Collect client payments (checks/cash) as scheduled and ensure payment details are accurate
• Issue correct and complete official receipts upon payment collection
• Verify tax deductions and ensure receipt of corresponding BIR 2307 forms with correct computation
• Submit invoices to clients on time and return countered invoices to the Billing Specialist promptly
• Follow the daily itinerary provided by the Credit Specialist and ensure all assigned collections are completed
• Deposit collected payments daily and safeguard all collection documents
• Maintain neat, organized, and presentable receipts and documentation
• Serve as office messenger when needed and assist other departments
• Help prepare reports and monitor issued receipts to clients
• Comply with company policies, quality standards, and professional grooming requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Education: At least 2-year graduate in any course
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in collections, finance, or a related role
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in basic mathematical computations
• Knowledge of location tracker apps (GPS, Waze, Google Maps)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willing to do fieldwork
