Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (preferred but not required).
Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, customer service, or clinic administration (preferably in a premium dental, aesthetic, or medical setting).
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of clinic management software and appointment scheduling tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
Experience with POS systems for payment processing.
Strong typing and data entry skills for accurate record-keeping.
Basic social media skills for handling patient inquiries.
Soft Skills & Professional Qualities:
Professional appearance aligned with a high-end clinic image.
Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
Strong customer service orientation with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle situations professionally.
Maintains confidentiality and discretion in handling patient information.
Strong experience into Sales is a Plus.
