簡介

Conduct cost estimates and feasibility studies for construction projects.
Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide timely reports on financial status and project performance.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize costs.

職位要求

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
Experience Level: Fresh Graduate/Student.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Business Planning, Software Testing, and Autodesk AutoCAD; knowledge of Quality Management and PMP; capable Project Manager and Leader.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, financial planning, and management of project resources.
Working Conditions: Office environment with site visits; may involve extended hours and travel.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, effective communicator, and teamwork-oriented.
