- Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking and preparing various sushi dishes, multitasking abilities, and flexibility in kitchen tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, creativity, teamwork, and ability to handle stress.
- Passport is valid for at least 2 years
