職位描述
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Assist in menu planning and food cost management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in chocolate and pastry preparation, strong communication skills, and effective restaurant management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring long hours, evenings, and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for culinary arts.
- Work location: Willing to work in Saudi Arabia
- Not more than 45 yrs old
