1. Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the system.

2. Monitor stock movement (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments).

3. Ensure real-time and accurate encoding of all transactions.

4. Conduct cycle counts, monthly, and quarterly physical inventory audits.

5. Reconcile system records with actual stock and investigate variances.

6. Coordinate with Parts Specialist and Warehouseman to verify part movements.

7. Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

8. Flag slow-moving, fast-moving, and critical stock items.

9. Assist management in setting reorder levels and buffer stock.

10.Coordinate with Purchasing for stock replenishment and material requirements.

11.Liaise with accounting for inventory valuation and audit-related matters.

12.Support operations with stock availability reports and usage trends.

13.Ensure inventory system data is accurate, updated, and free from duplication.

14.Assist in regular clean-up of inactive items or incorrect data entries.

15.Support implementation and improvements in inventory management system.

16.Maintain proper documentation and filing of all inventory-related records.

17.Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures.

18.Secure sensitive documents and support audit requirements.

19.Follows all safety rules and quality standards by wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

20.Performs other duties as required by the superior.
