1.     Responsible for cashiering and correctly billing all orders of guests.

2.     Product Knowledge of all food products and services.

3.     Accomplish the sales and remittance reports.

4.     In charge of seating and receiving guests.

5.     In charge of guest inquiries, reservations and take-outs by phone and in person.

6.     In charge of monthly inventory of deli products.

7.     Prepares in advance the labels for buffet and reserved table names.

8.     Coordinates all reservations, functions, buffet requests and take-outs with dining and kitchen supervisors.

9.  In charge of continuous appropriate music for the dining rooms

10. In charge of ordering flowers and other dining supplies.

11. In charge of ordering deli products from the Commissary.

12. Helps waiters in the table set-up.

13. Settles the credit card accounts.

14. Divides the accumulated tip.

15. Cleans up cashier station and deli chillers.

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in any field.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or cashier roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, proficiency in the English language, inventory management, teamwork, public speaking, attention to detail.
