簡介

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Payment Processing

  • Receive and process cash, checks, and credit card payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts.
  • Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Verify and process down payments, deposits, and refunds.

2. Administrative Support

  • Prepare daily cash and credit card deposit reports.
  • Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • File and maintain transaction records in compliance with dealership policies.
  • Assist with DMV paperwork, title, and registration processing when required.

3. Customer Service

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer basic inquiries about billing, service charges, and dealership processes.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department for further assistance.

4. Compliance & Accuracy

  • Follow all dealership accounting policies and internal control procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer financial information.
  • Adhere to cash-handling and transaction security procedures

職位要求

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous cashier or accounting clerk experience preferred (automotive dealership experience is a plus).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in basic math and computer applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
