- Carpentry Work: Install door locks for deadbolt and mortise.
- Power Tools: Skilled in using power tools for various maintenance activities.
- Tool Management:
- Ensure proper safekeeping and storage of maintenance tools.
- Regularly inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Clean and return tools to their designated storage areas after use.
- At least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or equivalent
- Secondary school graduates or those with TESDA/vocational certifications are welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a carpenter.
- Experience in carpentry and welding is a plus.
- Demonstrates a good employment record.
- Flexible, with initiative,
- Can work with less supervision
- Can work with the team
- Knows how to manage time and work pressure.

- Experience in CCTV installation is an advantage.
- Experience in Welding is a plus.
