- Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Select appropriate materials and tools for each project.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors.
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Meet project deadlines and communicate effectively with clients.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; basic education is sufficient.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant carpentry experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in assembly processes, woodworking techniques, and operating basic tools.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor work; must be comfortable in varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work well in a team.
