At Amplify, we create and build commercial and audience opportunities for some of Australia and Asia’s biggest online creators through media partnerships, live events, and social commerce to ensure talent growth.

As a Campaign Manager, you'll need to be proactive, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator. You should be able to think creatively and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Your role will require you to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and you must possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills. You must have an eye for detail and be able to think critically to ensure that campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. Additionally, you'll need to have a strong understanding of media sales and sponsorship to work closely with clients to meet their communication needs. Overall, the Campaign Manager role requires a combination of creativity, communication skills, organization, and critical thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a national strategy for our influencer-driven campaigns.
  • Manage and build out influencer and creator campaigns for brands
  • Manage relationships with brands, agencies, and platforms
  • Manage relationships with creator agencies
  • Negotiate deals with influencers
  • Source, pitch, and close financial sponsorship for media and content opportunities.
  • Manage and build a sales pipeline and CRM
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives
  • Identify new media and content commercial opportunities.
  • Manage and grow client relationships.
  • Work with our production team to build out creative opportunities for brands

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in local campaign management, media sales, and influencer marketing. Portfolio required.
  • Strong understanding of the campaign lifecycle, strategic planning, and execution across channels.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate deals and manage contracts with influencers, agencies, and brands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing trends.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Flexible with hybrid schedule, weekend work and/or possibility of travel.

Job Type: Full-time


Schedule: Dayshift

Onsite: Tuesday to Thursday
