Customer Service Representative

A Customer Service Representative provides support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  3. Provide product or service information and recommendations.
