簡介
- Listen to customer's concerns and provide answers or responses.
- Provide information that is needed.
- Process the solution for every customer's needs.
- View and analyze customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
- Handle returns or complaints(if necessary).
- Record every details of customer contacts and actions taken.
職位要求
- HS/SHS/College Level/ Associate Grad/ Vocational Grad/ Bachelor's degree
- With or without experience in call center
- Willing to be assigned in Makati or Pasig site
- Fine with salary range to 17K-20K (without night differential yet)
