簡介

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve service processes.
Provide feedback on product enhancements and customer needs.
Assist with training new team members as needed.

職位要求

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, strong customer service orientation, excellent command of the English language.
Working Conditions: Office environment with typical business hours; may require occasional overtime.
