簡介

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or conduct surveys (if applicable).
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer service.

職位要求

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer support or call center experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Fluency in English
