A Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its customers. Their primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products or services. We're looking for candidates who meet these criteria:

• At least a High School or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
• Minimum 6 months of call center experience 
• Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and friendly in English Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment
