A Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its customers. Their primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products or services. CSRs play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and upholding the company’s reputation.

We're looking for candidates who meet these criteria:

  • At least a High School or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience 
  • Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and friendly in English Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment
