簡介
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy.
- Document interactions in the database efficiently.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: At least Senior High School Graduate.
- Experience Level: at least 6mos. of experience in international call center. csr/tsr role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products/services.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential evening shift.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, and a positive attitude.
