  • Respond to incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers regarding inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and providing information about healthcare services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Adhere to company protocols and healthcare regulations while communicating with callers.
  • Provide empathetic support to patients and effectively address their needs.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years in a customer service or call center role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient-focused, and a good listener.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
