簡介

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email regarding technical concerns.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve customer problems.
  • Document issues, actions taken, and resolutions in the system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, system updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

職位要求

  • At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate / College Level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a BPO or technical support role is a plus, but not required.
