Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and products.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and urgency.
  • Document call details and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with call center operations
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a positive attitude
